ServicesOur services are held at the Christ the King (CTK) Catholic Church hall, 3 Princes Road (on the Langney roundabout), Eastbourne, East Sussex BN23 6HS and at Alice Croft House (ACH), Cornfield Lane, Eastbourne, BN21 4NE.

Services are led by Rabbi Roberta Harris-Eckstein or our lay leaders. We use the Liberal Judaism prayer book "Siddur Lev Chadash" which is in English and Hebrew and we have transliterations available for those who wish to follow the Hebrew parts of the service.
Visitors - we ask that all visitors to our services respect our Liberal Jewish faith, traditions and practices. Please do not bring in, use or distribute any non-Jewish texts or attempt to influence our members in any way incompatible with Liberal Judaism. ELJC reserves the right to ask anyone behaving in an inappropriate way to leave.
The hall at CTK is fully disabled-accessible with disabled toilet facilities and a free car park with step-free access.

Sunday 27th October - ELJC Annual General Meeting, 11.00 am, Alice Croft House
Saturday 9th November - Shabbat Morning Service, 11.30 am, CTK led by Rabbi Roberta Harris-Eckstein. Beginners' Hebrew 10.30. Conversion class after the service.
Friday 22nd November - Erev Shabbat Service, 6.30 pm, CTK, a musical service led by Larry Navon and friends.
Saturday 14th December - Shabbat Morning Service, 11.30 am, CTK, led by Rabbi Roberta Harris-Eckstein. Beginners' Hebrew 10.30. Conversion class after the service.
Monday 23rd December - Festival of Channukah - First day
Friday 27th December - Erev Shabbat Service, 6.30 pm, CTK led by our lay leaders, Larry Navon and Ruth Selo, celebrating Channukah.
