We will follow the advice from the UK government and the Liberal Judaism movement as to when it will be safe to return to congregating together. We will then post a newly viable schedule when possible.

You may wish to go to the Liberal Judaism website in order to view streamed services from other communities.

In the meantime:

May the Eternal One bless you and watch over you,
shining the Divine Countenance upon you while comforting you,
and lifting your spirit and granting you Health and Peace.

Our services are held at the Christ the King (CTK) Catholic Church Parish Room, 3 Princes Road (on the Langney roundabout), Eastbourne, East Sussex BN23 6HS and at Alice Croft House (ACH), Cornfield Lane, Eastbourne, BN21 4NE.

Please refer to the list below for the times and locations of services.

Services are led by Rabbi Roberta Harris-Eckstein or our lay leaders. We use the Liberal Judaism prayer book "Siddur Lev Chadash" which is in English and Hebrew and we have transliterations available for those who wish to follow the Hebrew parts of the service.

Visitors - we ask that all visitors to our services respect our Liberal Jewish faith, traditions and practices.  Please do not bring in, use or distribute any non-Jewish texts or attempt to influence our members in any way incompatible with Liberal Judaism.  ELJC reserves the right to ask anyone behaving in an inappropriate way to leave.

The hall at CTK is fully disabled-accessible with disabled toilet facilities and a free car park with step-free access.
